Hi, I’m Sarah Cate, owner of Two Bite Tuesday. I’ve been baking since I was little - I have fond memories of getting to help my mom bake brownies (translation: lick that rich, chocolately batter off the spoon). In high school, I had dreams of opening a bakery, but those dreams got put up on the shelf - until a few years ago. Through the support and encouragement of countless friends, in July of 2022, Two Bite Tuesday was born. Since then, I’ve been creating magic weekly.

St. Pete is my home, and my whole heart - I was born in and raised by this city, and I know that her heart beats because of her small businesses and the communities that support them. Because of this, I’m a proud member of Keep St Pete Local - along with countless other business owners!

If you ever can’t reach me, I’m probably either in the kitchen, browning butter and whipping buttercream and screaming to Taylor Swift, or at a popup, getting to meet you and share these bakes. Check out where to find us to see where you can get some yourself!
